What is the Rest, Repair, Recover Programme?

With over 20 classes a week, we offer a huge array of live taught (and on demand) classes suitable for anyone, whether you are mostly bed bound (level 0) or moving to being fully active again (level 3-4).

What?

Here at 360mindbodysoul, we really understand how difficult the Post Viral Recovery Journey can be. We have designed a programme to focus on retraining the Autonomic Nervous System to come out of fight/flight mode and into rest/repair, allowing you to gently recondition without triggering the panic button.  If you can't attend live, you can watch on catch up - it's really easy. 

The programme is suitable for anyone who needs to find balance and support whilst navigating a change in their health. The classes take you all the way back to regular levels of exercise, pre illness, for when you are ready.

When?

Join us when you feel able to log in.  Simple.  The timetable runs Mon-Fri with timings in UK time and also some classes to suit the Asia Pacific time zone.  If you can't attend live, sign up for the class and it will automatically be sent to you after it's taught and you can follow along when ready. Start with the core classes and take it from there.

How?

ALL newcomers start at level 1  (or we have a level 0 for those who want to join us from bed)

You stay at level 1 for at least two weeks to test and retest the impact of the sessions. We talk about how everything we do in our day needs to be paced well, everything is exercise when you are in Post Viral/chronic illness recovery, from thinking and talking to washing and cooking. Never mind the classes.

Start with the Rest, Repair, Recover (RRR) Level 0/1 the Mindfulness drop in, Yoga Nidra (deep rest) and the BREATHE classes on the timetable.  PLEASE DON"T move up a level until you are ready.


You can use this website to book a class (see the home page 'book a class' button, or you can down load the momence app, search for 360mindbodysoul and manage it all easily from the app.


The Details.

The Rest, Repair, Recover programme offers 14, live taught sessions all focussed on recovery and regulation, every week.

We find that people benefit from attending regularly so put the sessions in your diary and make them part of your weekly structure.


Price: £9 inc VAT/week auto renew.

(pricing comes into effect from June 1st 2023).

With the £9  live membership, you get access to all the classes live as well as the on-demand library. Your membership auto renews every 7 days and you can cancel your subscription at any time using your account.

We now have an on demand only membership for those who simply can't attend any of the live sessions.  Whilst you might miss out on some of the magic of the live sessions, you still get the benefit of the classes for a reduced price.
