Navigating a turbulent journey of recovery

Have you turned a corner yet? It's a question that so many of us have been asked since our Covid diagnosis and one of the hardest questions to answer. Recovery from Covid, CFS, ME or any other chronic illness isn't linear, there is 'no corner' as such, rather a series of cycles which can leave us mentally and physically exhausted, confused, frustrated and at times, even in despair. 360mindbodysoul have partnered up with teachers trained at the Sussex Mindfulness Centre, to run a course for people experiencing a slower journey back to health, to help them find a calmer state, on what can be a rollercoaster ride.

We have an introductory course + follow-on courses exploring themes of compassion and wisdom:
