Suzy has been affected by Long Haul Covid and designed the Rest, Repair, Recover programme to meet the needs of other recoverers. She is also the founder of the Fern Programme, a small group, coaching-based recovery programme for those who need a more focused approach.

Suzy is an NLP Master Practitioner, level 3 counselling trained, studying for a Diploma in Lifestyle medicine and is an Insights Discovery coach. She now specialises in recovery and well-being in all of her work.

Ross Cooper

Ross is a fully qualified Personal Trainer working with a wide range of clients.  He was teaching Suzy to box at her gym in 2020 prior to the pandemic and got along so well that when lockdown began, they joined forces and Suzy invited him to teach with her online.  The 360mindbodysoul platform has developed from there.  He works with anyone, of any age to help them achieve their fitness goals, whatever they may be.

He started out as a sportsman, trained in boxing in Mexico and has discovered the joy of Personal Training in the last 5 years.  He is enjoying the challenge of working with the 360mindbodysoul community remotely and seeing everyone giving it their all.

Ross is at his happiest watching people transform through exercise. His own experience of long covid/CFS and his gentle, encouraging nature, make him the perfect person to lead the physical rehabilitation on our Rest, Repair, Recover programme.

Nadine has been practicing yoga since the late 90’s and sharing the teachings of yoga since 2001.

Nadine trained in the Viniyoga style with her main teacher David Charlton who she continues to study with regularly. Always hungry to learn more and share the joys of study, Nadine strives to make the ancient teachings of yoga accessible for all, whether they are in her classes, workshops, yoga teacher training programmes or CPD courses.

Her style of teaching draws from various traditions she has trained in and Nadine delivers her teaching in an informal style, adding a little sense of humour here and there.

You can find Nadine teaching General Yoga on a Thursday morning 9 - 10 am.

This class moves at a steady, flow pace with options for all and time for stillness and space.

Enabling a free flow of energy and a sense of grounded tranquility. Our Story. We all needed a plan B.

written by Suzy Bolt, founder of 360 MBS

360mindbodysoul was born overnight, just before the UK went into lockdown in March 2020. It was a venture designed to connect people, build community, create work for great instructors whilst keeping people fit and well, both physically and mentally, as we navigated a tricky time. With the pandemic looming large in early March, I had a conversation with my own personal trainer Ross Cooper, and invited him to work with me on the idea. We created an outline of a plan and then we launched our live classes on March 16th. Lockdown began March 20th. It connected friends and families around the world in Yoga classes, offered the chance for people to try new things like Mindfulness, a solid timetable of physical activity to help build routine and have a great deal of fun.  By the end of March, both Ross and myself had developed Covid which was a turning point in both our lives.

Sept 2020 saw the introduction of Covid specific classes on our timetable as both Ross and myself have been affected by Long Covid. This has now been developed into a 10 class, weekly programme offering a lifeline for those stuck at home with chronic illness. The Rest, Repair, Recover programme is now recommended by Cardiologists, Doctors, OT's, Nurses and more. We have met some of the most fantastic people and now, It's one of the most amazing things we have ever been a part of. We hope to keep 360mindbodysoul running long into the future :)
